Get a Custom QuoteHow a Coffee Cart Works
What's the difference between a coffee cart and a mobile espresso bar?
Not much. Different name, same service. Some people search for a "coffee cart," others for a "mobile espresso bar" or "mobile coffee catering," and all three describe the same experience: a barista-run espresso setup that comes to your event instead of the other way around.
Break Coffee Cart arrives with a fully self-contained cart and barista, ready to set up wherever your event is happening in Deltona or the surrounding area, whether that's a corporate lobby, a wedding reception, or a brand activation. Whatever you call it, you can count on the same handcrafted coffee.
How does it actually work on the day of the event?
We arrive ahead of your guests, with enough time to fully set up, dial in the equipment, and have the first shot pulled before anyone's in line.
From there, it's simple: guests order, we make each drink fresh, and most are ready in under a minute.
Do guests pay for their drinks at the cart?
No. Every Break Coffee Cart event is booked as an all-inclusive package, so the coffee is already taken care of before your guests arrive. No one needs to bring a wallet or a card to the cart. They simply place an order and enjoy.
How much does a coffee cart cost in Deltona?
Every quote is built around your event. Guest count, hours of service, location, and any add-ons such as custom cups or branding all factor into the final price.
Break Coffee Cart events start at $855. Fill out our quote form and we'll send you an exact number, not a rough estimate.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the date isn't officially reserved until that deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. You'll also receive a clear written agreement covering your date, hours, location, what's included, and our cancellation terms before anything is signed.
How many guests can you serve?
A single cart can serve about 50 to 75 guests per hour, depending on the drink mix. For larger guest lists or a tighter serving window, we can add a second barista to speed up service, or bring a second cart entirely, so no one is left waiting in a long line.
How long does setup take?
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes. We coordinate arrival time and cart placement with your venue in advance, so by the time your guests arrive, we're already pulling shots.
What does Break Coffee Cart actually bring to the event?
Everything: our espresso equipment, Resident Coffee Roasters beans roasted in Gainesville, FL, Wainwright Dairy milk and non-dairy alternatives, syrups, cups, lids, and napkins, along with a trained barista to run the entire setup.
You bring the venue and the guest list. We bring the rest.
Booking & Service Area
How far in advance should I book?
Most events book 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Weddings and larger corporate events typically need 3 to 6 months of lead time, especially during peak spring and fall weekends.
If your event is coming up sooner than that, reach out anyway. We'll let you know directly whether we can make it work.
What areas does Break Coffee Cart serve?
Break Coffee Cart is based in Jacksonville and serves Northeast and Central Florida across four regions: the First Coast (Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns, Daytona Beach), North Central Florida (Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City, Alachua), Central Florida (Sanford, DeLand, Deltona, Altamonte Springs), and the Space Coast (Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, Palm Bay).
If your event falls outside that footprint, reach out anyway. Travel fees may apply, but we're happy to talk it through.
Can you accommodate outdoor events?
Yes. If there's room to park a cart, we can set up there: parks, rooftops, open fields, parking lots. We just need access to a 20-amp outlet within about 25 feet of where we set up. If power isn't available on-site, silent battery power is available as an add-on.
Florida summer heat is its own variable, so for outdoor bookings we plan shade and cart placement together, which keeps both the equipment and your barista performing well for the full event. Because the cart is heavy, we also need a step-free, ADA-compliant path to roll it into place, so let us know in advance if your location has stairs or other obstacles along the way.
Do you offer custom branded carts for corporate events?
Yes, and it's one of our most requested add-ons. We offer your logo on the front of the cart, branded cups, and a latte art printer that prints your logo right on top of every drink, all built around your brand colors and assets.
Just bring us in early, since branded elements need production lead time.
What types of events does Break Coffee Cart cater?
Corporate meetings, conferences, client appreciation events, product launches, brand activations, weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthdays, and holiday parties. If people are gathering around Deltona, there is a good chance we have already served coffee there.
Menu & Experience
What drinks do you serve?
Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, mochas, and chai lattes, hot or iced, all made to order. Every drink is available with dairy or non-dairy milk, along with a syrup lineup that tends to become its own conversation at the cart.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. Non-dairy milk is available on every drink. Let us know about any specific needs when you book, and we'll plan the menu around them.
What coffee equipment does Break Coffee Cart use?
We run on top-of-the-line espresso equipment designed for high-volume, consistent service, so your fiftieth guest gets the same quality shot as your first. Our grinders are quiet too, built to stay in the background instead of distracting from your event.
How is Break Coffee Cart different from other Deltona coffee carts?
Break Coffee Cart was built around events from day one, rather than added on as a side project of an existing coffee shop. Every part of how we operate, from the cart to the equipment to barista training, is built for the pace of live events.
That focus shows up in 108 five-star Google reviews, one event at a time.
Corporate Events
What types of corporate events do you cater?
Employee appreciation days, all-hands meetings, conferences, client entertainment, product launches, and office grand openings. If your company is bringing people together, we'll make the coffee part of it memorable.
How much does corporate coffee catering cost?
It depends on guest count, hours of service, and any branding add-ons. Corporate events with Break Coffee Cart start at $855. Fill out our quote form and we'll get you exact numbers quickly.
Can you set up inside our office or building?
Yes, as long as there's access to a 20-amp outlet within about 25 feet. We've set up in lobbies, break rooms, conference rooms, and parking lots, and if a suitable outlet isn't available, silent battery power is available as an add-on. Because the cart is heavy, we also need a step-free, ADA-compliant path to roll it in, so for upper-floor offices, that means elevator access rather than stairs. We coordinate directly with your facilities team so you're not the one managing logistics.
Can you handle a large company event with hundreds of employees?
Yes. For larger guest counts, we can add a second barista to speed up service, bring a second cart, or extend the service window, so wait times stay short even with a few hundred people moving through.
Can you put our company logo on the cart?
Yes. Your logo on the front of the cart, branded cups, and our latte art printer, which prints your logo right on top of the foam, are all available. Just give us some lead time so production isn't rushed.
Brand Activations
What is a brand activation coffee cart?
It's a coffee cart that doubles as a piece of your marketing. We put your logo on the front of the cart, print that same logo onto every latte with our latte art printer, and brand the cups, building a setup people stop to photograph and share.
What branding customizations are available?
Your logo on the front of the cart, branded cups, and a latte art printer that prints your logo on top of every drink, all built to your brand guidelines.
Send your assets when you request a quote, and we'll show you a mockup before anything is finalized.
How far in advance do I need to book a brand activation?
4 to 6 weeks is ideal, since custom branded elements need production time. If your timeline is tighter, reach out anyway and we'll let you know exactly what's realistic.
What size events work for brand activations?
Any size. The branding works just as well at an intimate 50-person client event as it does at a large public activation.
Weddings & Private Events
How much does a wedding coffee bar cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, hours of service, and any custom touches like signage or specialty drinks. Wedding coffee bars with Break Coffee Cart start at $855. Fill out our wedding quote form and we'll send a package built around your day.
How many wedding guests can you serve?
A single cart can pour about 50 to 75 drinks per hour, which comfortably covers most wedding receptions. For larger guest lists, we can add a second barista to pick up the pace, or bring in a second setup entirely, so your coffee line never competes with the dance floor for attention.
When during the wedding do couples usually book you?
Cocktail hour and reception are the most popular windows, but we're flexible. Some couples bring us in for late-night service to keep the celebration going. Tell us your timeline and we'll build the right window around it.
Can you match our wedding's look and feel?
Yes. Custom welcome signage with your names and date, menu boards in your wedding colors, and branded cups all help tie the cart into your day.
We can even run your initials through our latte art printer so every cup feels like part of the celebration, rather than a stock setup dropped in for the afternoon.
How far in advance should we book for our wedding?
3 to 6 months in advance is ideal, especially for peak wedding season weekends. Booking early gives us more room to plan any custom touches you'd like.
