What a Coffee Cart Actually Costs
August 7, 2026 · 2 min read
It’s the first thing everyone asks, and most coffee cart websites make you fill out a form before they’ll tell you. We’d rather just say it. Our pricing starts at $855. Here’s what sits behind that number and what moves it.
What the Base Covers
A professional barista, the cart, and full espresso service. Cups, lids, ice, water, and the cooler come with us. We set up before your guests arrive and we break down and clean up after. You’re not renting equipment and figuring out the rest. You’re booking a working café that shows up.
What’s in the Cup
Espresso pulled with locally roasted beans from Resident Coffee Roasters and grass-fed milk from Wainwright Dairy. Our syrups are made in house and our milk alternatives are organic. We also pour hot chocolate and organic teas for the people who aren’t drinking coffee. None of that’s an upgrade. It’s just what we serve.
What Moves the Number
Mostly it’s time. One barista serves roughly 60 to 80 people an hour depending on what everyone’s ordering, so your guest count tells us how long we need to be there, or whether you want a second barista to move the line faster. Add-ons factor in too. Tell us the head count and the math gets simple fast.
Travel
Travel’s included within 50 driving miles of St. Augustine, which covers most of Northeast Florida. Past that there’s an added charge, and we’ll tell you what it is up front when you send us your venue. No surprises on the invoice.
Add-Ons Worth Knowing About
Custom labeled cups, bottled lattes, and our latte art printer that puts a photo or a logo right on top of the drink. These aren’t required and plenty of events skip them. The cart shows up clean either way. They’re there when you want it carrying your branding.
Recurring Costs Less
If you’re booking us for an office on a schedule rather than a one-time event, the per-visit rate drops. More days a week means a lower rate, and longer commitments get the best one. That’s a different conversation than event pricing, and we’re happy to have it.
Getting a Real Number
Send us your date, your venue, and roughly how many guests you’re expecting. That’s all we need. You’ll get an actual quote back, not a range and not a callback request.
