What Recurring Office Coffee Service Looks Like
August 7, 2026 · 2 min read
Offices tell us the same thing over and over. Coffee day is their favorite day of the week. People plan around it, they walk down early, and the line turns into the one part of the week where different departments actually talk to each other. So the question we get asked most is simple. What if it wasn’t just one day?
Why One Day Works So Well
It isn’t really about caffeine. Your team already has coffee. What they don’t have is a reason to leave their desk and stand next to someone from another floor for four minutes. The cart gives them that, and it gives it to everyone at the same time. That’s the part that’s hard to replicate with a machine in the break room.
More Days, Same Feeling
The worry we hear is that going daily makes it ordinary. In practice the opposite happens. People stop treating it as a special occasion and start treating it as part of how the office runs. New hires meet the baristas in week one. Managers use it to pull a team together without booking a room.
Your Baristas Learn Your Team
This is the part nobody expects. After a few weeks our baristas know who takes oat milk, who’s dairy free, and who wants the same drink every single morning without saying a word. Your people get greeted by name. It stops feeling like catering and starts feeling like your café.
A Cart That’s Yours
For offices running several days a week, we can build a cart specifically for you. Your logo, your menu, your colors. It lives on-site instead of coming apart at the end of every visit, which means setup gets faster and your space gets a permanent fixture instead of a rolling one. You can also feature a drink or a syrup that changes with the season, so the menu doesn’t go stale.
What We Bring
Espresso pulled with locally roasted beans from Resident Coffee Roasters, grass-fed milk from Wainwright Dairy, house-made syrups, and organic milk alternatives. We handle cups, lids, ice, water, setup, and cleanup. All we need’s a dedicated outlet and room to work.
How It’s Billed
Recurring service runs on a monthly contract billed weekly, and the rate comes down as the schedule fills in. A few days a week costs less per visit than a one-off event, and a full week costs less than that. Longer commitments get the best rate, and they come with the custom cart.
Getting Started
Tell us how many people are in your office, which days you’re thinking, and where the cart would live. We’ll put together a schedule and a real number. Most offices start with one day and add from there, and trust us, your team will ask for more.
