Coffee Catering for Horse Shows and Equestrian Events

Horse people are up before everyone else and they stay all day. Show season in Marion County means weeks of early mornings, long weekends, and grounds full of riders, grooms, trainers, owners, and families who all showed up before the sun did. A coffee cart belongs in that.
The Barn Starts Early
Feeding, grooming, and warmups happen while everything else is still closed. We’ll be set up and pouring at five if that’s when the barn aisle fills up. Tell us the schedule and we’ll work backward from it.
Ringside Hospitality
Owners, sponsors, and guests spend hours at the rail watching classes. A cart in the hospitality tent keeps them there and gives them something better than a folding table with an urn on it.
Sponsor Activations
Feed companies, tack shops, trailer dealers, insurance brokers. Everyone at a show is competing for the same attention. A cart at your booth is the thing that makes people stop, and our latte art printer can put your logo right on top of every drink.
Barn Parties and Team Dinners
End of a good weekend, a client win, a farm anniversary. These usually happen at the barn or a nearby farm rather than a venue, which is exactly the kind of spot we’re built for.
Multi-Day Shows
A show that runs Thursday through Sunday isn’t one event, it’s four. We can come back each morning, and a run of days brings the per-visit rate down compared to booking them separately.
Power on the Show Grounds
Barn aisles, vendor rows, and hospitality tents rarely have the right outlet where you want the cart. We need a dedicated 20 amp outlet to run standard, and where there isn’t one, our silent batteries are available as an add-on and can power the setup for several hours.
