Port Canaveral runs early and it runs on a schedule nobody controls. Ships arrive when they arrive, turnarounds happen fast, and a lot of the work happens before most of the county is awake. A coffee cart fits that world well, as long as it shows up on the port’s clock instead of its own.
Early Is Normal Here
Most caterers want a mid-morning window. We’ll be set up and pouring at five if that’s when your crew starts. Tell us the call time and we’ll work backward from it.
Turnaround Day
Turnaround is the longest day anybody at the terminal has. Thousands of guests off, thousands on, and a shoreside team running the whole thing on a clock. A cart parked where that team passes gives them thirty seconds and something hot without leaving the building.
Crew and Staff Appreciation
Port work is hard to say thank you for in a way that lands. A cart on the dock or in the break area during a shift is specific, it’s in front of everyone, and it doesn’t ask anyone to stay late for a party.
Supplier Days and Terminal Events
Vendor showcases, terminal openings, port authority functions, agency visits. These bring in people from outside who are forming an impression of the operation. Real espresso instead of an urn changes what that impression is.
Working Inside Port Security
Secure areas have real requirements and we’re used to them. Send us your access process when you book, whether that means credentialing ahead of time, an escort, or a specific gate to load in through. It just needs handling in advance.
Power on the Dock
We need a dedicated 20 amp outlet to run standard. Dockside and terminal-adjacent spots often don’t have one where you want the cart, so our silent batteries are available as an add-on and can power the setup for several hours.
