Coffee Catering for Aerospace and Manufacturing Teams
August 7, 2026 · 2 min read
The aerospace and manufacturing corridor along the Space Coast runs on a different clock than most offices. Shifts change at odd hours, badge access takes planning, and half the team can’t just walk out for coffee. A cart works in that environment, but only if it’s set up around how the site actually runs.
Bring It to Them
The people who most need a break are usually the ones who can’t leave to get one. Techs on the floor, teams in a secure area, anyone mid-build. Rolling the cart to where they already are turns a fifteen minute trip into a two minute one, and everybody actually gets a cup.
Working the Shift Change
The overlap window between shifts is the sweet spot. One crew’s heading out and the next is coming in, so you catch both with a single setup. Tell us when that window is and we’ll be pouring before it starts.
Milestones Worth Marking
Program wins, delivery dates, certification milestones, a launch the team worked toward for two years. These moments come and go without much fanfare in a lot of shops. A cart on the floor that morning is a small thing that says somebody noticed.
Recruiting and Site Visits
Career fairs, candidate days, customer walkthroughs, supplier audits. When you’re trying to show people what it’s like to work somewhere, real espresso in the lobby does more than a folding table with a coffee urn on it.
Power on a Plant Floor
We need a dedicated 20 amp outlet, which most facilities have plenty of. If the spot you want is out on a high bay floor or somewhere without one nearby, our silent batteries are available as an add-on and can run the setup for several hours.
Badges, Escorts, and Access
Controlled sites have real requirements and we’re used to them. Send us what your visitor process looks like when you book, whether that’s badging ahead, an escort, or a specific dock to load in through. It’s never been a problem, it just needs to be handled in advance.
Once a Quarter or Every Week
Some sites bring us in for milestones only. Others put us on a standing schedule, which drops the per-visit rate and gives the team something to count on. Both work. It depends on whether you want a moment or a habit.
Serving the Space Coast
We serve Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, Cape Canaveral, and the surrounding Brevard County area. Send us your site, your head count, and the window you’re thinking, and we’ll get you a real number.
