Coffee Carts for Campus and University Events
August 7, 2026 · 2 min read
Campus events have a problem most events don’t. Everybody there already knows what good coffee tastes like, and the nearest shop is a ten minute walk that nobody’s making between sessions. A cart parked where the crowd already is solves that, and it does a few other things too.
Orientation and Welcome Week
New students and their parents are wandering a campus they don’t know yet, usually early, usually a little overwhelmed. A cart in the courtyard gives them somewhere to stop, and it gives your staff a natural place to catch them.
Recruiting and Candidate Days
Faculty searches, grad student visits, career fairs. You’re selling the place as much as the position. Real espresso in the lobby reads differently than a coffee urn on a folding table, and candidates notice the difference even if they never mention it.
Donor and Alumni Receptions
These usually happen in a room with a bar, and a good portion of the room isn’t drinking. Giving them a real latte instead of a soda changes how the whole hour feels, and it keeps people standing around talking instead of heading for the door.
Finals Week and Staff Appreciation
Nothing lands quite like free coffee during finals. Same goes for a faculty or staff appreciation morning. It’s something people remember for a long time.
Working Around Campus Logistics
Loading zones, parking permits, event services approvals. Every campus runs its own process and we’re used to working inside them. Send us what your event services office needs when you book and we’ll handle our end of it.
Power Outdoors
Quads and courtyards are great spots and rarely have an outlet nearby. We need a dedicated 20 amp outlet to run standard, and where there isn’t one, our silent batteries are available as an add-on and can power the setup for several hours.
Serving Campuses Across Florida
We serve Gainesville, DeLand, and campuses across Northeast and Central Florida. Send us your date, your building, and roughly how many people you’re expecting, and we’ll get you a real number.
